This policy explains what information NewsForce collects when you use our websites and how we use it. We collect as little as we can.
The controller is NewsForce AG, Färberstrasse 4, c/o AUCTOR SCHWYZ AG, 8832 Wollerau, Switzerland. Write to this address for any privacy question or request.
To deliver the Services, keep them secure, understand which journalism is read, measure and limit advertising, and answer your messages. Our legal bases are our legitimate interest in running an independent news service, your consent where required (advertising cookies), and legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with data brokers.
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where a country does not offer adequate protection, transfers rely on recognized safeguards such as the Swiss–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Anonymous measurement data is kept for up to 3 months in raw form and then only as hourly totals. Technical logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider. Messages are kept as long as needed to handle them.
You may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time through Cookie Settings. We answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, to your local supervisory authority.
See our Cookie Policy.
The Services are intended for a general adult audience.
We will update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
